Courses
There are seven courses across the wider Christchurch area. Runners are welcome to choose one or more. If you cannot make it to one of these courses you are also welcome to run your own 5k course.

Competition
For each courses we will track and ultimately crown the fastest runners in each age group.
By picking the sporting code you best identify with when you enter we will also be awarding a Champion trophy to the sporting code which collects the most crowns.
