Event-based coaching for groups
Many groups want to train for a specific event or series such as the Takahe to Akaroa Road relay or the Harbour & Hills 10kms. What to do and when to do it, can be a challenge and that’s where our coaching team can help.
We will assess how each member of your group runs through an initial evaluation then give you all techniques to improve your skills and running ability inline with your target. While a great team building opportunity, individual focus remains a key to success so ideally groups will have no more than 12 runners per coach.
